Strategic Initiatives
The AIM/R Board of Directors reviewed the Mission, Vision, and Initiatives for the Association through an in-depth Strategic Planning Session. The Board identified four key initiatives or pillars. Every event, program, member benefit, and deliverable is considered within the framework of these initiatives. There are three AIM/R Senior Vice Presidents (SVPs) who are tasked with leading and monitoring these four pillars.

| Pillars 1 & 2: To increase advocacy of the rep function throughout the industry and to increase access to association information for current and future members. |
Pillar 3: To advance member knowledge, standing, and professionalism through events, newsletters, and mentorship. |
Pillar 4: To develop and deliver interactive and collaborative gatherings that support the Rep Function and industry. |

Tactics: We host manufacturer and wholesaler councils, partner with industry publications and fellow associations, and maintain an online directory of resources.

Tactics: We hold monthly e-learnings on critical topics facing the industry through AIM/R on Tap. |
Tactics: Our signature event – AIM/R Annual Conference – and the Principals Reception are just the start! |
