Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received by August 2nd, 2019 will receive a full refund. No refunds will be issued after August 2nd, 2019. Cancellations must be in writing and sent to info@aimr.net.

Payment

Photography & Video Recording Consent

Photography and video recording will be used throughout AIM/R's Annual Conference and at related activities. Registration and attendance at and/or participation in AIM/R's Annual Conference or other activities constitutes an agreement and consent by each registrant or participant for AIM/R and/or its licensees to use and distribute (both now and in the future) the image, likeness and voice of each registrant or participant (or family members) in photographs, videotapes, printed material, electronic reproductions and audio recording that are taken or recorded at such event or related activities.

Airports & Ground Transportation

What airport should I use?

The preferred airport for travel to Lake Buena Vista, Florida (FL) is as follows:

Orlando International Airport (MCO) approximately 20 miles from resort

Check flight options accordingly. Note that ground travel times will vary pending time of day and traffic patterns between the airport and Lake Buena Vista, Florida. Please plan accordingly.

How do I get from the airport to the resort?

Check out the Ground Transportation page on the airport website.

Parking is included in the resort fee for The Walt Disney World® Swan Resort.

Days for Attending and Events

When should I arrive at The Walt Disney World® Swan Resort?

All attendees should plan on being at the resort by 5:00 pm Eastern.

The First-timers' Reception (Invitation Only) begins at 5:30 pm Eastern on the Lake Terrace at The Walt Disney World Swan Resort. The Welcome Reception for all attendees begins at 6:00 pm Eastern.Badges are required to attend all events.

What part of the Annual Conference do I attend?

Manufacturers attend from Wednesday through Thursday (Sept. 11 – 12).

Rep Agents attend from Wednesday through Saturday (Sept. 11 – 14). The Annual Conference ends at Noon Eastern on Saturday.

Where is the LOT/T Event this year?

It's official... The 3rd annual LOT/T's of Brews Happy Hour will be held at Big River Grille & Brewing Company, right on The Boardwalk. The event runs from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm Eastern on Friday, Sept. 13th. This event is Invitation Only and open to LOT/T Members, First-time Attendees, and New Members of the AIM/R.
